Tagliatelle with Parsley Sauce

This is one of our favourite summertime pasta dishes. It’s quick to cook, simple to make, and tastes delicious! Perfect for a sunny day eating lunch in the garden…  

What you'll need:
  • 1 pack Thornleys Parsley Sauce recipe mix
  • 500 grams gluten-free tagliatelle (or long pasta of choice)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Handful of chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to cook:


Bring a pot of salted water to the boil then cook your pasta. In the meantime, prepare one sachet of Thornleys Parsley Sauce mix according to the packet instructions. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and then add it to the sauce. Then add the lemon juice and chopped parsley. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
