Parsley Sauce with Gammon

What you'll need:
  • 1 pack Thornleys Parsley Sauce Recipe Mix
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 2 Gammon Steaks

How to cook:

Fry the Gammon Steaks, until cooked.

Place the packet contents in a pan. Add a small amount of milk and mix well, then add the remaining milk. Gently bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for a minute.

Enjoy!
