Chilli Con Carne

What you need:
Thornleys Chilli Con Carne recipe mix
450g Minced Beef
400g Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
400g Tin of Red Kidney Beans
How to cook:
Fry the mince meat in a little oil (when mince is cooked drain off the excess fat). Add tomatoes and kidney beans to pan, cook gently for five minutes.
Blend the packet contents with milk then add to pan. Bring to the boil whilst stirring gently. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve on a bed of rice.
