This sauce is extremely tasty; the subtle use of herbs brings out the flavour of the tuna and the serving suggestion of a crunchy crisp topping provides a simple and delicious family meal.
WHAT YOU NEED
420ml Milk, 120g tin Sweet Corn – drained, 200g tin Tuna – drained, 225g Pasta – cook separately, Cheese and Crisps (optional).
HOW TO COOK
Place the packet contents in a pan add a small amount of milk, stir to a paste add the remaining milk, stir continuously, bringing to the boil – add the tuna, sweet corn and drained pasta, mix well and simmer for 1 minute.
Place in an oven proof dish, sprinkle crisps and cheese on the top & place under grill or in oven until cheese has melted. Enjoy!
