Our light and creamy Parsley Sauce is a great accompaniment to fish; the touch of parsley and hint of lemon are subtle and delicious.
WHAT YOU NEED
HOW TO COOK
Place the packet contents in a pan. Add a small amount of the milk and mix well, then add the remaining milk. Gently bring to the boil stirring continuously. Simmer for a minute.
Serve with fish or gammon steaks. Enjoy!
