A delicious rich and creamy sauce; the delicate hint of herbs and garlic make this sauce a wonderful accompaniment to chicken.
WHAT YOU NEED
500g Diced Chicken and 420ml Milk.
HOW TO COOK
Fry the diced Chicken in a little oil (when the chicken is cooked drain off excess liquid). Blend the packet contents with the milk then add to pan. Bring to the boil whilst stirring gently. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve either on a bed of rice or with new potatoes. Enjoy!
