A moderately spicy chilli sauce; full of flavour and pleasantly enriched with a small kick from the chilli and cumin – this sauce is one that all the family can enjoy.
WHAT YOU NEED
450g Minced Beef, 300ml Cold Water, 400g tin Chopped Tomatoes, 400g tin cooked Red Kidney Beans (drained).
HOW TO COOK
Fry the mince meat in a little oil (when mince is cooked drain off the excess fat). Add tomatoes and kidney beans to pan, cook gently for 5 minutes. Blend the packet contents with water then add to pan. Bring to the boil whilst stirring gently. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve on a bed of rice. Enjoy!
