What you need:
Thornleys Parsley Sauce recipe mix
650g Fish (200g Cod, 200g Salmon, 200g Haddock, 50g Prawns)
How to cook:
Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes, place in a pan, cover with water and bring to the boil, cook until soft. Drain the water and add a little milk and butter and mash the potatoes until light and fluffy.
Place the fish in a pan and add water simmer gently, when cooked drain the water and gently fork the fish into small pieces and place in a oven proof dish.
Open a packet of Thornleys Parsley Sauce place the packet contents in a pan using a little of the 300ml of milk and mix well, then add the remaining milk. Gently bring to the boil stirring continuously. Simmer for a minute. Pour the parsley sauce over the fish and mix well. Then gently cover the fish with the mashed potatoes and either place in an oven for 40 mins at 150 or for a quick crusty top place under a grill until the mash is lightly browned, serve with peas and sweetcorn.
